House Rules

To ensure all guests have a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Treat the holiday home with care

Please treat the holiday home, its furnishings and equipment with care. All items in the house are available for your use during your stay and should be left in proper condition.

Reporting damage

If any damage, defects or malfunctions occur during your stay, please inform us immediately. Reporting issues early helps prevent further damage and allows us to arrange any necessary repairs quickly.

Liability for damage caused

The person responsible is liable for any damage caused by intentional or negligent behaviour by guests or their visitors. In the event of major damage, we reserve the right to charge for the repair or replacement costs incurred.

Cleaning and condition on departure

Please leave the holiday home in a tidy condition. The standard final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Additional cleaning costs

In the event of exceptionally heavy soiling that goes beyond normal use, we reserve the right to charge the additional cleaning costs incurred.

This applies in particular to:

Non-smoking house

The holiday home is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.

If smoking does take place in the house, we reserve the right to charge for the necessary special cleaning, odour removal and, if applicable, any other expenses incurred as a result.

Consideration

We ask all guests to treat the holiday home, the neighbours and the surrounding area with respect so that future guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We wish you a pleasant stay! ☺
